We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the product (cloud hosting, email delivery, error reporting), or where required by law.

GPS and location data

If your employer uses Team Scheduler and you are a field worker, the application captures GPS coordinates when you clock in or out of a job. This data is shared only with the customer organization (your employer) and used for time tracking and operational reporting.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Contact-form submissions are retained for up to two years, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us through the contact form.
