Use of the site

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site’s normal operation, scrape content for redistribution, or use automated means to overwhelm any endpoint (including the contact form).

Product access

Use of the Team Scheduler product is governed by a separate subscription agreement between Team Scheduler and the customer organization that provisions the account. If you are a field worker using the product on behalf of your employer, your access is governed by that agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Team Scheduler name, logo, designs, and software, is the property of Team Scheduler or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product warranties are addressed in the subscription agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Scheduler shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
